About The Founder and Her Vision to Spark Joy
The Founder
Heather Zindel founded The Great Holiday Hunt Celebration Market after she sold the high-tech consulting company that she founded in 2009 and pondered the age-old question; what next? Her husband, Brian, encouraged her to focus on identifying times in her life where she was most happy and then build a business around that.
Heather thought a lot about celebrations with friends and family. She thought about the magical Christmas markets of Europe and how truly happy she had always been strolling through a local market brimming with holiday cheer. Then, an idea sparked in her mind. What if she could create a company that focused solely on spreading joy through celebrations and holidays throughout the year? The thought ignited a fire within her, and Heather decided to turn her passion into a business.
With determination to share joy with others, Heather founded "The Great Holiday Hunt Traveling Celebration Market," a company dedicated to curating unique and memorable experiences for every celebration and holiday. Her vision was to create a space where people could come together, celebrate life, and find joy in small treasures.
The first venture of Tipsy Bunny Productions is to create a traveling market that showcases gifts and decor for favorite holidays. Heather is committed to bringing the magic directly to people's doorsteps, transforming ordinary spaces into extraordinary holiday marketplaces.
our Customer obsession
Our mission is to spark joy as our customers experience the market and after they visit when a festive find is gifted to a loved one or displayed in a home. To be considered for our celebration market, our trusted vendors must offer truly unique gifts and decor from a favorite holiday or celebration theme. We take great pride in curating in the right products and adding other experiences into the marketplace such as photo booths to capture memories with shopping buddies, festive foods and drinks, and local art installations to delight our community down every aisle.
Tipsy bunny productions - the name's origin
Because the Celebration Market curates festive finds from a wide range of holidays and celebrations, Heather wanted to integrate something from another favorite holiday - Easter - into the company name. With a sweet bunny in mind, she imagined it much like her as a shopper at the holiday markets of Europe, practically tipping over from the bags of gifts she bought for loved ones. It's also possible the name could mean the sensation one feels with a glass of warm Glühwein in your hand (a hot spiced "glow wine" that's found in many winter markets in Germany and Austria). She'll never tell though.
